This Privacy Policy describes how PowC2 (hereinafter, "we", "our" or "the Controller") collects, uses and protects the information of users (hereinafter, "User" or "you") who download and use the ClubSy mobile application (hereinafter, "the Application").

2. Data We Collect
When using our Application, we may collect the following types of information:
- Account data: name, email, user identifiers.
- Profile data: avatar/photo, language, preferences.
- Operational data: clubs, teams, events, attendance, invitations.
- Technical data: device data, error logs, technical metrics.
- Location data (where applicable and with permissions): for geolocated features.
- Usage and device data: we automatically collect certain information such as IP address, mobile device type, operating system (Android), unique device identifiers (IMEI, Android ID), and how you interact with the Application (crash reports, usage time).
- Android permissions: the Application requires access to certain device features to function correctly. We will request your explicit permission through the Android system for access approval.
3. Purpose of Processing
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- Provide, maintain and improve Application features.
- Manage user accounts and customer support.
- Personalize the user experience inside the app.
- Analyze Application performance and resolve technical errors.
- Display personalized advertising.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
The processing of your personal data is based on:
- Performance of a contract: to enable you to use core Application features after accepting the Terms of Use.
- Explicit consent: for specific device permissions (camera, location, calendar, contacts, etc.) and for commercial communications.
- Legitimate interest: to ensure app security and carry out anonymous statistical analysis.
5. Data Retention
Your personal data will be kept while your account remains active in the Application. If you choose to delete your account, we will block or delete your data within 30 days, except for data that must be retained to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal data. However, in order to operate the Application, we may share information with third-party service providers (Processors), such as:
- Cloud and database services.
- Analytics tools.
- Advertising networks.
These providers comply with privacy standards equivalent to GDPR.

As a user, you have the right to:

This Application does not knowingly collect personal information from children without consent from their parents or legal guardians.
