User Guide: Minor Invitation with Guardian
What is this function for?
The Minor with guardian (token) option allows registering a minor without their own email or phone, linking them to a parent/guardian account.
- The minor is registered as a player in the minor's team.
- The guardian is linked to the minor for management tasks (call-ups, follow-up, etc.).
- The guardian does not automatically become a player in the minor's team.
Flow for club staff (inviting user)
- Go to Team Management.
- Select Invite member.
- Choose Minor with guardian (token) mode.
- Complete minor name.
- Optional: add guardian contact in notes.
- Generate and share link/token with the guardian.
Flow for parent/guardian (claiming user)
- Open received link or use token.
- Sign in (or register).
- Confirm the linkage.
