Admin Manual: Invitations and Linking with Club and Team(s)
Purpose
This manual explains how an administrator manages member invitations and how linking to club and team happens.
Supported cases
- Token invitation
- Pre-register
- Minor with guardian
Prerequisites
- Have member management permissions in the team.
- Work in the correct team inside Team Management.
- Assign the correct role for the invited person.
How linking works
Invitations are created from a team. The member is linked to the selected team and the club is determined automatically. If a person belongs to multiple teams, each link is managed separately.
