- Users are responsible for password confidentiality and account usage.
4. Usage rules
Users agree to:
- Use the app lawfully.
- Not violate third-party rights.
- Not perform actions that impact service security or availability.

Users/clubs remain responsible for the content they upload or manage on the platform.

- Some plans/features may be paid.
- Pricing, billing cycles, and renewal/cancellation conditions will be communicated through official channels.
7. Intellectual property
All rights related to the platform, code, brand, and proprietary elements belong to ClubSy or its licensors.

9. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, ClubSy limits liability for indirect damages or interruptions not directly attributable to ClubSy.
